To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles must not have been ridden outdoors to qualify for a full refund.
