At My Ride Bike Experts & Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and packed securely in the original manufacturer's packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our bike experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
